Re: The Transporter Bridge

What is the life expectancy in light-hours for the Syncmaster 204B's backlight? I would be curious to know what you found (and where you found that information). Got an internet URL? I can't find the exact page anymore. Googling for "samsung syncmaster backlight-life" gives some hits. Acc...

Re: The Transporter Bridge

(If yours is still on the 3 year warranty), watch out for the mercury vapor backlight to start taking longer to fire up when turned on. Two months ago my backlight started to flicker when I turned the monitor on (even) from computer-initiated power save standby, and the time of flickering before tu...

Re: How does SNAP mode works

I remember I was totally lost in the beginning by the many configuration options on the GRD3. I just used the default settings to begin with, and changed one thing at a time. After a while I learned what I liked, and now I have some "programs" stored in the cameras boxes that I can bing to...

Re: Frost and Snow

Thanks for the comments! Martin, Sorry man! Yes, the winter in Sweden has been plenty and enough for this year. It's literary a pain (in the fingers) to take pictures when it's -20 degrees Celsius. Andy, I too like the zig-zag track, and everything up to and including the benches, though behind that...

Re: all the pictures on the wall.....

Belonging to the "Reads/listens/watches everything on Internet" generation / subculture, I sometimes miss an old-fashion book shelf, it looks so cosy.

You're almost right, there are two very similar footbridges in the area which could be twins!

Ah shoot, I often find it hard to pick one of several pictures of the same subject matter, but you also get to pick between two awesome twin footbridges, that can't be easy. ;-)
